Specialized financial service for safeguarding client’s financial investment in securities such as equities, money market and fixed income instruments.

The Bank facilitates collection of applications (both application money and forms) from the investing public thus enabling the issuer of securities to have wide reach to the investing community which are later handed over to the issuer on successful completion of the issue.

Maintenance of securities holders records/investors and update changes from time to time.

Bank guarantee issuers of securities (Debts Securities) to investors of their ability to remit both principal and interest accrued on the instrument when are due for payment.

Computation of principal and interest accrued on debt instruments and effecting actual payment to all holders when are due for payment.

The Bank maintains trust accounts of trading members (brokers) which are used to secure funds for settling trades transactions at the Exchange.

  1. Securities Administration is general term used to describe securities custodial services and are used interchangeably.
